I understand that the LURC staff is recommending that the Commissioners approve the Redington Wind Power project. I am wondering if the LURC staff heard all of the opposition to this project?
Does Maine need this power? No. It is going out of state.
What about the 2,700 foot mark? “Our purple mountain majesty” will be gone forever.
What about real estate values? “Not in my front yard.”
I am concerned about who it to be responsible, if we find out afterwards, that Harley Lee made a mistake erecting these windmill towers.
